Submit another event form and include the following information:

• Offer a minimum guarantee -Because of food costs and labor shortages, most trucks can't take the risk of losing money on an event. A good minimum guarantee starts at $1,000 and lowers the risk of the truck cancelling*
• Be clear about what cuisines you're looking forif you're not seeing vendors that match your cuisine preferences
• Include as much information about your event as possibleso the vendor knows exactly what they're applying for
